Venesky-Brown Recruitment is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity and aims to achieve the highest possible standards of service and ethical standards in all of its practices. We do not tolerate unfair or discriminatory behaviour.
We expect all staff to maintain the same high standards too. We take malpractice and wrongdoing very seriously and aim to prevent and eliminate this within the organisation.
We therefore encourage all staff to raise any concerns they may have freely and without fear of suffering a detriment or dismissal.
We will treat any concerns raised seriously.
The HR Manager will review the raised concern and a decision will be made along with the Directors as to what actions to take.
Internal enquiries will be made in the first instance, but it may be necessary to carry out an investigation at a later stage which may be formal or informal depending on the nature of the concern raised. We will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable time.
If you have asked to be kept informed of the progress of the investigation, we will keep you informed as it is carried out and when it is completed, and give you an indication of the timescale for any actions or next steps that we may take.
If you suspect that someone is in slavery, DO NOT confront them or cause a scene as this will likely lead to increased harm for them. Instead, please report it.
