Mental Health in the Workplace

For Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, we rolled out a campaign across our social media channels to support mental health at work. It can be easy to focus more on mental health in general, in our day-to-day life which is why we wanted to share some hints and tips which may benefit people in and around the workplace.

At Venesky Brown, we encourage our employees to speak up about how they are feeling. This isn’t a sign of weakness; it is simply part of taking charge of your well-being by allowing help and support from others. We strongly believe in teamwork, asking for help when necessary and caring for one another to maintain a healthy and productive workforce.

Check out our Facebook page here to see what we had to say!
